• Enable and power AdmiBot’s features such as moderation, automation, tickets, welcomes, and the ChatBot.
• Improve reliability, functionality, and user experience.
• Ensure compliance with our Terms of Service and applicable laws.

3. ChatBot Usage & AI Responsibility

The ChatBot feature may use a trusted third-party AI provider to generate responses.
By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your input messages are transmitted securely to the AI provider for processing.
• Data is handled according to both our privacy practices and those of the provider.
• You must use the AI responsibly; do not attempt to exploit, deceive, or use the AI for harmful, malicious, or illegal purposes.

ChatBot conversation data may be retained for context and performance improvement purposes. These logs are never publicly shared and are stored securely with restricted access.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain user and server data for as long as necessary to operate AdmiBot and its services or until you request deletion.
This means your data may be stored indefinitely to ensure continuity of features (such as server configurations, logs, or ChatBot context) unless you explicitly request removal.

You can request data deletion at any time by creating a ticket on our support server. Once verified, your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information.
While we strive to ensure the highest level of protection, no system can guarantee absolute security. We encourage users not to share sensitive or personal information through commands or messages.
